Well what do you know! That helped me! Now I'm able to play at 1366x768.

This might be a good workaround for me. Let me try. 

Those of us on laptops with 1366x768 would love to play too!

Yeah, that's what I figured. 

I'm not able to try it on Windows. It loads in Windows under Wine. But it seems I don't have a high enough screen resolution to view the whole window on my laptop. My max resolution is 1366x768. I don't know if this would be an issue on Windows or not.

Install Wine and lib32-openal. That got it to load for me. But the game takes up a larger area than my screen resolution on my laptop - 1366x768. There should be a way to fix this without having to get a screen that supports a higher resolution. And if anyone is using the Steamdeck, they'll definitely have problems with it too.
